Can you purchase a different remote thatās compatible??
Hi thank you for your message ive got the bezztv 4500 but im having a nightmare with seting it up im not very techie ive tick unknown sources but it wont let me download anything try kodi blocked tryed downloader go on toolbox it just says downloading but never connects to anything tryed very hard to sync kodi with torbox but I have no idea been given steps to follow but its says copy something and put it in kodi to sync but I just canāt do it im disabled and got no idea i can concentrate on one thing then i start shacking then i just cant do anything I wished someone could sync them for me and send over as an app so Iāve only got to log in and use it like similar to iptv but not iptv im sorry I cant do it for myself if anyone can help me id be very grateful and appreciative
This would be a nice box but I love my AM9 too and am aiming for the new Onn v2 for $100 less when it lands.
I got the Google certified one today. I have to say. Seems better than my shield pro so far. Just a couple minor bugs setting it up.
VLC player not working with this box for me anyway on stremio. Tried different settings, uninstall and reinstall. Wouldnāt work with 4k videos, 1080 was fine. Using Just player now. Working good on 4k. It does have Dolby Vision working for me LG oled tv.
The atv launcher pro hung up on me. I had to restart the device and then it worked again.
Been setting up my Classic Ai yesterday. Itās a great box just Iām having audio issues using passthrough. I get audio delays when changing channels on Sparkle and when using Stremio. I get this popup on passthrough when I turn volume up and down. How come my onn 4K plus is better? lol Anyone wanna buy my Classic Ai cheap haha?
See itās the little things like that that make you question why such a high price. I mean I want to like buzz products but have yet to see any reason to move on from my Shield or Onn 4k pro. Both do all that I need them to do.
Oh and how much is (cheap) lol

You located in the US ? Iām waiting to hear back from Buzz on return. They wanted a few things to send them for diagnostics.
I wasnāt really interested in buying it. The bug that you have would be one that literally drove me nuts. But if Buzz donāt resolve your issue there is a great swap shop category here at troypoint.
Buzztv support sucks big time..the X5 i bought from them the usb port stopped working 2 months after warranty..they said too bad but i could go thru hoops to have them repair itā¦.the shield i have thatās 3yrs old ? Nvidia sent me a new fan for it for free? thatās customer service
Man after seeing all this extremely BAD news about Buzz tv boxes & poor customer service, I really love me my Ugoos AM9 Pro big time!
Absolutely no complaints on my Buzz P6L that Iāve had for many many months. Works like a dream and runs without a hiccup.
Got it setup and is working great. Didnāt have a hang problem when starting up. Also reset my router before I started up. Is way better than the firestick in my opinion but should be for the cost. Didnāt do a speed check as long as the stream is working speed doesnāt matter to me. I like the bigger remote and Dolby is not a big deal to me. Thank you for the video.
Got mine setup as well and have been putting it through itās paces. Iām very happy with it so far, weāll see how it is after a few months, years.
Just unboxed mine. Seems (or feels quick) compared to my old Shield Pro. Formats or lack of is a bummer but for IPTV and YouTube, it seems great. I might just keep the shield for Remux playing and this for general streaming.
I like the remote and the box seems well built.
I like the remote too. Would be nice to be able to program the guide button to Tivimateās guide. BuzzTV app will take some getting used to.
I was just notified by UPS that I would need to pay an additonal $26 in import fees for it to be delvered. I received my G series last week with no imort fees. Buzz TV did not seem to care and offered no solutions. So, If it does show up, I will refuse delivery and let Buzz keep it. I have the Power Station and the G Series and these will be my last Buzz TV devices. I like my devices but their customer service has always been substandard for me. Just my experience.
For about $16-$25 more, the Ugoos AM9 is superior, with more settings and options, including AI upscaling. Since the AM9 has been replaced by the Pro version, which costs $209, pick one up before they run out of stock.
Iām sending back my Ai for a return and had to pay import fees. Sucks !
