Hi everone,
I’m using Bluestacks 5 as an alternative means to load the streaming APKs rather than my TV box which I now haven’t used for more than a year.
One of the problems I have is that when exporting downloaded video files from Bluestacks to Windows, Bluestacks does not recognize the pre identified Media folder I created within the Bluestacks Settings pages.
What happens when I click on the Export to Windows button in Bluestacks I get a dialog pop up which says Please Wait. The waiting time seem to be several minutes before I see an entry option dialog to select the folder in which I want the video to be copied to.
I should indicate here that I am not a gamer and only use Bluestacks as an alternative option to the TV box.
I would be interested to hear from other Bluestacka users that have gone that route as opposed to the many TV box or firestick options.
Well, i only use bluestacks to run the tp app and occasionally syncler.
If your using a pc id higly recommend kodi and stremio with real debrid and orion on a pc. Its your absolute best option and no need for bluestacks.
Hey @TedP I also have Bluestacks 5 on my laptop, with a number of the same apps I have on my android streaming boxes. I don’t use it a lot but like having it here just in case I happen to need it. Below is a link on how to export to windows…just to double check you’re going in the proper sequence. Other than this…I’ve never done it so I can’t be of much help. GL2U
Thanks for the input. I confirm that I am exporting the downloaded files from Bluestacks 5 to WIndows using the correct sequence, Thanks for your input. It did enable me to confirm that I am following due process !
Thanks for the feedback. I wasn’t aware that it’s possible to run Kodi on a PC. I’ll give it a bash. I have previously tried it when using the MeCool KM 9 Pro TV box, but gave up as I found it somewhat difficult to configure especially when trying to get the requested flies to download as opposed to live streaming
Stremio also runs great on windows pc
Kodi started on the pc, was a full pc program and still is.
