I followed the instructions to purchase bitcoins, my money is locked, it’s in the app Bitcoin on my iPhonej, I don’t see anything like the Bitcoin Home Screen on the instructions. I can’t do anything with my lost $50.00. I can’t get any instructions nor support, I can’t get my money back, can’t use it, nor transfer it to Bitcoin Wallet. The only option I see is to change Bitcoin back to US currently and I lost money doing that. I want to close this and get a account like on the instructions page
Hello @linonh what directions are you referring to. The written tutorial we have on our website is for using Coinbase to buy bitcoin and then using that as your wallet to purchase items. I will make this a priority and do a video on this next week as there have been a lot of people wanting to learn more about how to pay with Bitcoin.
