I certainly appreciate your involvement and support with this matter. I don’t want to get a refund. I wasn’t interested in getting a refund. All I wanted was to buy the service for two years. I was never informed of what I supposedly have done to get my account cancelled and not reinstated. To this day I still don’t have access to the Surf Shark app.
She said that your account isn’t cancelled. Not much else I can do unfortunately. When you say you still don’t have access to the Surfshark app, exactly what does that mean?
You can install it through any app store, input your login credentials and connect. If you get a message that login was unsuccessful try resetting your password.
Okay whatever you did or whatever happened, I just tried to login to the Surf Shark app and I was able to access my account. So whether you had an impact on getting my account reinstated or not I still would like to thank you for your support and your interest in helping your members.

My starter subscription was up Jan 6 and SS emailed me a Black Friday renewal deal, two years + 4 extra months for $1.69/month. Of course I took it since this is less than the TP Starter price. It added flawlessly and I think they also added my remaining time. Check your “Promotions” tab in email since it wasn’t in my normal inbox tab. I believe the deal is good through Monday.
I just wanted to say that posts, like this, is what make the Insider so great. The sharing of beneficial information is icing on the cake for all of the members. And very much appreciated.
