Not sure what you mean? All playlists have groups that you can choose to remove or “hide”. With a player like TiVimate you can even create your own groups to add channels to from all your playlists.

Thanks for following up Miki. What I mean is that my current service has some custom groups already set up. For instance, they have a section where they track and list all of the college football games for the week so you can just click into that group and find the game you want. Or, they have MLB as a group where each team is listed in alphabetical order in the group. That type of thing. Hope this helps.
I use the following app. It tells me what is on and when, as well as what channel(not the number) but say espn etc.

AmberBaby’s Strong and Trex are working just fine, and she has an army of satisfied customers. What service do you have and what setup, problems etc.? Hard for anyone to help with no info.
I have two connections (two separate sets of logon info). The service worked great for a couple of weeks. Now neither link works. I am using Tivimate and Surfshark. I also tried Tivimate with Nordvpn. I have tried to load the login info into Sparkle as well. No luck. Kept giving me an error. I also tried to access the service using Nordvpn with Tivimate and Sparkle. Tried different countries with the VPNs. Nothing. I’m streaming with Onn 4k and with my Shield. Nothing on either. I have tried two seperate internet sources with no success. As I said, the service worked fine with Tivimate/Nordvpn when I first got the service. Nothing has changed since the initial setup with the exception that I can no longer access the service. I am not a newbie to IPTV. I’ve used it for years ( with several different providers) without issue. I am very familiar with both streaming devices as well as using VPN’s, etc.
Is this with AmberBaby? If so, she will help, that is why she has so many satisfied customers.
Have you tried contacting the provider? They may need to reset your account. If it is a Strong based service did this start with the Strong outage?
Also try without the VPN if you haven’t.
Sorry. I forgot to mention that I tried with and without using a VPN. Yes, this was with AmberBaby. According to Amberbaby when I signed up via chat, the service I signed up for was her “best” service. Not sure about a strong outage. I messaged her on here. Waiting to see if I get any response. Is there another better way to contact Amberbaby? Thanks.

That’s it then. There was a major server failure and the restore led to some accounts needing to be reset. She will fix it.
You should be able to get a hold of her on the Alibaba link provided, keep in mind the time difference. She also has WhatsApp and Telegram info posted in one of these threads.

When they had the server outage I contacted her from my Alibaba account via chat/DM and she promptly responded with my new password. So it appears she is responding to DM’s via Ali as well

Maybe? Who knows? I guess my point was that I was only saying she responded right away to how I contacted her. For me going through a DM was the easiest way as I don’t use Whatsapp or Telegram. And since she responded so quickly I’m assuming she has no issues with DM’s from Alibaba or she would have said so. Thanks
