I watched it last night. It was just OK. Being old myself I’m getting bored with all the old actors trying to relive their glory days. The new Ghostbusters was the same. So a 3 out of 5. I should mention that I loved the Beverly hills cop movies and Edie Murphy.

I watched it last night and I thought it was alright. I am a huge fan of the original Beverly Hills Cop movies. Also, it did make me feel old, seeing how old the cast is now. Lol

It does a job, it’s fine and nothing else. An easy watch for a couple of hours, couple of laughs, so can’t complain. Much like the new Bad Boys movie.

That’s the cool thing about Godzilla,King Kong,and Aliens,they age very well lol.

Watched BHC 4 last night. Not bad - similar storyline and gestalt to BHC 1. I would rank them best to worst: BHC1, BHC2, BHC4, and, a long way behind, BHC 3.

loved him on sat night live and the first couple of BHC movies
he needs to find some new material … i think the writers strike is still having a
affect on what we’re seeing now…60 is not old for an actor but try to come with some original stuff?
the movie was just ok? my wife liked the fresh popcorn more…lol

I agree with @sktn77a, not as good as the first or the second but a lot better than third wonder world.

Saw it. Acting isn’t great. Originals were much better. 2-3 out of 5.

Watched it the other night. I thought it was one of the better in the franchise! The way they brought in his Daughter and incorporated some of the character’s quirks from the original movie! :clapper: Murphy is always great!

Well, I fell asleep during and feel that I didn’t miss much…lol.
I do like Murphy tho.

Definitely not as good as the Original, this one just doesn’t have the make you laugh moments. They’re never as good as the first, give it a 3 maybe! :slight_smile: jmo

I thought we got exactly what we expected, only I felt it was better than I expected! Which is pretty good in my eyes! It’s kind of like Rocky… Stallone is a god if you are a fan and appreciate the effort! I do agree that the writers strike, woke, the election, and the inflation crisis, just might have something with the edginess people feel! But you guys are all intelligent compared to other sites conversations. Thanks for letting me participate!
