šŸ„‡ Best IPTV - Wholesale $2/mo & Alternative

A heads up for all on Strong. I received this message VIA Telegram & Strong wasn’t working earlier today - 1/18. They are doing maintenance. If you notice issues this is why.

I have Dream4k and Strong8k. Hoping that you are correct on this, having one for main and the other for backup.

Strong will be fine now, but will go down Friday at 8am Paris time. They are 6 hours ahead of us so that will be 2am Eastern time zone here so depending on when it’s back up we may not notice it Friday.

You should have been able to tell just these last few days when Strong was DOWN, was Dream UP?

Yes my dear @GraceWilson , at least on all the times I was using it Dream was working fine. I know you meant this for the other person, but I have both Dream & Strong also. Like the Quacks we go to I thought you would love a second opinion. :joy:

Good, that should reassure @rustyspam that Strong + Dream works well for primary and backup. We can NEVER have too many chefs in the kitchen here so reassurance and confirmation are always needed! Thank you.

Funny thing, I don’t watch TV every day, but have not seen anything down. When I’m watching something, like sports, I usually open the same channel on Dream and then on Strong, that way if one lags, I can quickly switch to the other. Just wondering if I should have a different primary (or backup) in case all of Amber goes bye bye.

You always need Plan A, Plan B, Plan C etc. with IPTV IMHO because it seems like just when you when you get comfy, the rug gets ripped out from underneath you. You should have an idea what’s next for you if that group of services goes BOOM. Keep in mind that tons of resellers offer the same services she does and you can easily get another reseller if Amber closes shop.

Seems if a service isn’t full and is taking new customers, then the sign-up process is usually pretty quick. In the case of Amber, it was 15 minutes from the time I started chat and the time she showed me my credentials. So maybe have in mind which service you would go to, but I’m not a believer in needlessly signing up for services. But that’s just me.

I’m tired of the Strong server changes. The service stops working, I contact Amber, and she provides a new address. Why can’t they just leave it alone? Considering the cost I’m okay with it for myself but I made the mistake of recommending it to a friend. Now, I have to update TiviMate on all of his devices every time this occurs. Will NOT recommend this service to other friends.

Part of the problem is the frequent posting of the Strong servers and that opens them up to takedown attacks. The people trying to shut down IPTV are not above using DDoS attacks and other means besides lawsuits.

This is why some provides are making people use proprietary apps and not giving out urls.

It is also why people are so reluctant to share a good provider when they find one.

Most people have the second service as an extra connection for watching in different rooms, locations or multiview.

Makes more sense having multiple providers and not just multiple connections from a single provider from the backup perspective. Built in redundancy. Besides the cost is negligible unless you are overpaying.

I don’t think multiview has anything to do with the number of connections. There was another thread about how many multiview windows you could have Open on Strong 8K before getting buffering. It’s my understanding Strong i 1 connection only. I was able to get 6-7 multiview windows open

Hey everyone. I’m new here and from what I’ve read thus far, everyone seems so welcoming and helpful. I’m about to pull the trigger and pay for my first IPTV but I have some questions and need help/recommendations.

* I’m thinking of going through with Amber but as for her 7 services, are they categories based on streaming quality or overall service quality (or both)?

* I hear everyone talking about or having Strong 8k, but if my firestick/TV doesn’t do 8k, is getting it excessive or worth it? I was thinking of just getting Dream but wasn’t too sure.

* Is the price mentioned above the actual price per year (I think strong was no more than $35)? That just sounds really good to be true since someone I know told me they’re paying $120 for theirs. Hence, doing the math for Troypoint patron and the potential great info of cheaper IPTV sources, this felt well worth the money that I would have spent.

* I was also looking at VocoTV as an alternate/potential main as you guys mentioned that it’s good to have a backup. Doe anyone here have any knowledge on whether VocoTV is good?

* As far as IPTV player, I read Troypoint’s list for 2026 and it seems Tivimate is still the clear contender as #1. I’m not sure why I’m not so easily sold, maybe it’s because of the other topic of it not being updated for some time now. Granted this doesn’t necessarily mean a bad thing, since if somethings good then changes/new features are going to come as less often. The alternative IPTV player I was looking into was IMplayer. Does anyone have any experience using that player? Regardless I’m planning to

Apologies for the long post. I’m just a very detailed orient person and like to know everything. Plus this also let’s me help others. Extra other context, I just paid for 2 yrs top premium subscription of Surfshark and signed up gor Alibaba already as a prerequisite. I plan to use the alt ID thing and explore on how that works. Thanks in advance everyone.

That multiview support will depend on the provider. Some are stricter than others and sometimes it will work up until you get a warning and some will even give you the boot. It all just depends. Like most of IPTV there are no real hard-set rules, mostly just guidelines that can change.

There is no 8k and very little 4k. It is all marketing BS (On all services).

Yep. That is why people love it.

Totally personal preference. Tivimate is the standard against which all others are measured for a reason though. It is not perfect (none are) but it is solid.

Be as careful as you feel is necessary, but Alibaba is one of the largest sites in the world and you are safe transacting there. I paid with PayPal and use my regular Alibaba account that I but other things with and sleep like a baby.

I’m just saying that a proven service and a backup service should be enough since it’s relatively easy to sign up for a new one. Having three or four seems like overkill to me. And you end up paying closer to what you would with cable.

So far I’m loving Strong. I was initially disappointed that I couldn’t get a game with Strong on Big Ten Plus, then I realized I had strong going on the other tv and I only pay for one connection with Strong. So went to my main service on the one tv and the game on Strong no problem (two tvs in the man cave).

@ScoobyDoosSpots I recently got the premium for iMPlayer & I really like it overall. It works real solid, & has very good navigation/settings, but when you mentioned the multi-view this is something I really love the iMPlayer for & made me think of it right away. After doing some project testing it will run 4 feeds in SD solidly, but if you raise just one to a 720 feed only 3 will stay solid, even with running each one on it’s own service as I done this for testing not running 2 feeds from any 1 service, & at least for me this was my results. Super nice for games that are on, & just highlighting the blue line on the one that you wish to hear audio from works well. All players have their differences, but I use this player far more than TiviMate nowadays. Just is overall a better player to me.

And remember there is a free TiviMate and a Premium paid TiviMate lifetime subscription (not sure what it costs now but I think I paid around $30 7 years ago. Most TiviMate people here have the Premium and consider it the standard. And it unlocks many features that I’ve come to rely on. There are so many good features that I keep discovering new ones such as the back button to get back to the big screen when you are searching other channels and holding the right (direction) button to get back to previous channel. And best discovery for me was since I don’t use favorites like most, I found the ā€œmost watchedā€ way to order my channels within a group. So there is a learning curve but the basics are very intuitive.

This is true. Most of us long term users also bought lifetime at a cheaper rate so the value proposition may be different for new users.

Another huge benefit of Tivimate it that it is easier to USE all of the features since there is a user written manual and just a much larger user knowledge base. It has been used so much for so long we have most of it figured out. With others there is a ton of trial and error involved and if you have a question, it may be harder to find an answer.
