Again, just to be sure, you do not “DOWNLOAD” the Troypoint toolbox, you “ACCESS” it. Either using the shortcode or the toolbox url. Remove the brackets( )

Also, a while back Downloader changed hands, not sure if that matters But the logo is different, the Old logo was just a straight down arrow, and the New logo is like a U-Turn arrow….wouldn’t it be nice if that’s the simple solution !!!
As @Miki pointed out I think your issue is you are somehow trying to download Troy’s Toolbox - At least that is what you seem to be saying. You don’t download it, you save it as a favorite in Downloader.

Yes I had to download Downloader first from App Store on the new firesticks
Also as mentioned, be sure you are using the proper downloader app.
