I usually don’t get too excited about Android TV Box updates because they usually don’t offer many improvements. This one is different!
Here’s my First Impressions Video for the Formuler Z11 Series update that came out two days ago.
2 big improvements added which I cover in this video.
In this video, I’m using the Formuler Z11 Pro Max BT1.
Thank you Troy! Great job on the video. I purchased the pro max bt1 a couple of months ago. I could not be happier with it, and that was before the upgrade. The update, and changes to launcher/mytvonline were exactly what I wanted for my purposes. I am not a gamer, I am a streamer, so I can only vouch for it in that regard. I have owned many boxes, and this one takes the prize. I love the remote. Best one I have had. Seventeen feet to the television. Ultra responsive. No backlight, but does have glow in the dark cover. Ok, about the update. Formuler listens, and they are obviously motivated to deliver the most perfect user friendly box. They are close to that, for my needs. How about that backlight? Thanks for the video, keep up the good work.
Great update. Now the launcher kinda looks like a hybrid of Wolf launcher and something 
/ One of my favorite tivimate functions is how I can mix and match channels from various subs into one group not needing to actually switch subs at all. Maybe thats implemented as well or will be soon. 
You can name a group anything you’d like and add channels from all providers. I have done this for sports so if there is an issue with one I can just select the same channel on a different provider very easily.
Troy, this new Android Box has really opened my eyes. Although I’m not a gamer it serves my purpose for streaming at a high level. For many years I was a Firestick person 100%. However now I am convinced that Android is superior for my use. The new Z11 Pro Max is over priced to me but you get what you pay for. Thanks for the video.
I must totally agree with Troy. I’ve loved both the Z10 Pro Max and the Z11 Pro Max. This new update nearly turned it into total perfection!
I have three IPTV services and love the way the new update prefected control of channels in favorites. It gives me the ability to have the same channel from all three providers one after the other. Now when buffering or other issues happens I just up or down on channel button on bt remote for a better signal.
Also love the way home screen can be modified. It’s such an improvement over original set-up! The more simple the better.
In closing I’d like to add - I can’t wait for the Z12 Pro Max release date and you can bet I’ll be one of the first purchase it.
Yes the update was beneficial. One feature I wish for is to resize the icons on the Home and Apps pages. On my big TV they are pretty big and would like to resize like other sideload launchers.
Yes I have the z11 pro max and I am very happy with the new update now I can see all my apps that I have downloaded great job
Can some one tell me if the fights come in with out a problem? it seems to me like Fire Stick and some android boxes. I’ve tried always have an issue buffing or freezing.

Hi i just purchased Formuler pro max z11 . Im setting up today.
Question so i have shows that i record and it will be through my new iptv provider which has dvr and record through the iptv service.
So i have dish as my cable service and i have shows that are scheduled to record and when my tv is off the red dot on the dish box is on recording my shows.
With the Formuler z11 pro max do i have to leave my box on for my shows to record even thou its recording through my iptv dvr?
New to how this part works.

Im just setting up my formular z11 pro max right now. The box for english came up and im clicking ok on remote and its not doing anything? I unplugged and replugged everything still not moving.

Yes Internet must be on.
Pretty sure one of the first things you should do upon startup is to pair your remote. Have you done this?
Hi i didn’t pair my z11 to my tv remote. I still have cable tv and I’m still adding apps and going to be signing up for iptv service and then cutting cable off. Was insure if by pair remotes would that mess anything up.
Question What am i missing with bt1 remote that came with z11 pro max.

So when you are typing and look for movie in any of the apk apps. So on the left hand side as you are typing and each letter and displays what you are looking for and you want to go over and click on the name of that movie which button do you use to get out of the box you are typing in to click on thr name of the movie on left hand side?
If i click the back button if i didn’t finish typing everything will be gone.
If i click the up button im still in the box to type and i want to get to the left side to scroll down to click on the name that I was still typing but thr name came up before i finished so i want get over there to click on it. I use different buttons to click on and i unable to to get out of the box that im typing in to go click on it instead of typing the whole name
The clicking go. Everything will be gone on the left side because of the wrong button i click on to get over there.
