The perfect reason to buy a TV from Costco and their very reasonable extended warranties based on the price of the TV of course. I had it and I did have problems with an LG Tv. Home service was no problem within the manufacturer warranty first. They also have a no lemon guarantee, in other words, if the same problem happens three times, although not usual, it happened to me, you get either a new TV or your money back in full. That happened to me. I got my full purchase price back BUT, the TV tech normally will take your TV for parts. I actually asked the tech if I could buy the TV from him as the problem was really a non issue. He said, keep it. Oddly enough the problem never happened again and I am still watching that TV today. Free TV. I am looking for a bigger better one and mark my words, it will come from Costco with 6 years warranty and immediate service calls if needed.
Go to Costco extremely educated in all Devices they sell excellent recommendations from them, and they always give you the best steals in my humble opinion
My problem with Costco was they werenât willing to order the exact TV I wanted if it wasnât in their stock listing.
Thatâs understandable though. Few places I know of will order in a one of if itâs something they donât stock. Possibly the smaller stores would not mind but I canât see a Costco selling anything they donât SKU.
Very true.I donât blame them at all, but I wanted a top of ghe line Damsung so ended up getting it through best buy. I donât blame Costco at all. Policy is policy.
