Thank you, Troy for all your videos and all you do. And letting me be part as your founding member for years, I don’t post much at all, I am always learning from you. This is not a complaint, Just an awareness. I purchased a package with Apollo Group Iptv, And it looks like I made a mistake doing so, I still have not received any Log in info or anything, I have been communicating thru whatsapp begging them now and nothing. So if anybody is thinking of being a new customer of this #1 rated service, Think again!! Thank you Troypoint for letting me warn others, AL G

Have you tried to reach them on Telegram? They might be more responsive there.
I’ve been with them for years and renewed last month. I’ve never had a problem with them until about a year ago when they stopped updating their epg. They made it clear to me, they weren’t going to bother with fixing their epg anymore. Apollo is my back up IPTV so I get the epg from my main IPTV.

Yeah same experience here. Apollo was always good until they quit updating the EPG. I know if you leave them and don’t renew they will call you for 3 weeks straight so you should be able to get someone to talk to lol. They used to have a customer service through website/email because i have used it before.
Importantly, Troy may need to rethink calling Apollo the #1 IPTV app because I agree with you, people need to think twice. IMO, it needs to be downgraded.
I have them four the past 2 month and now i don’t get anything on my tv it’s all blank, it buffers and nada. I’ll wait a bit longer and see what happens
Thank you Everyone for the responses, I had already moved on from this…When all of the sudden I get an E-mail stating your subscription is ready…I have not tried the log in info yet to see if it even works, I work out of town, So when I get in I will tried the credentials. Again thank you to all that responded.

KEMO SAT. Cheaper. More channels. Good customer service.
Only issue is lately the EPG fills in the AM until around 6:50 PM (everything after 7 pm is unknown). And once I hit 7 pm (CT), the rest of the EPG fills in for the rest of the day. A little annoying, but mostly I know what shows I watch when and most shows I can watch anytime on Stremio.
Using Tivimate with Apollo works for an updated EPG. You can get Tivimate from Troypoint. Does anyone know where to watch Sports VOD of past events. Apollos Sports VOD is not working.
Have you tried that @Hawks ? I ask because I only use Apollo with Tivimate, and all it show is “no information”. Using update EPG in Tivimate doesn’t change that. Emailing Apollo resulted in the telling me they were no longer working on the EPG and to basically tell me to stop emailing them. So if there is some way to correct this via Tivimate, please let me know. Sincerely…D
I should add that the EPG DOES work within the Apollo app. But of course Tivimate makes all IPTV apps better so basically, within Tivimate, I have no EPG using Apollo’s EPG link.
I asked Apollo as well & they said to use the M3U Link for Tivimate https://starlite.best/api/list/USERNAME/PASSWORD/m3u8/livetv

I do have Tivimate Premium though. Hope this helps.

yes it is certainly quirky as in what the epg says is not always what is actually on. And what is on, sometimes decides to change. I haven’t had that happen to much, thankfully.
Also, the app seems to like an offshore VPN server. I use Mexico. I know not why. Good luck!
