Hi all, I successfully created and accessed a trial account with Premium IPTV. Once the trial account expired, I purchased a one year subscription (49.99), which I have yet to access. Seems odd the free one worked and the paid one didn’t. Has anyone experienced like situations with this company? My pleas for help have fallen on deaf ears. I have submitted several service requests, the final one was a request for refund. I get this mental picture of some guy laughing hysterical at my request, but the situation is not looking promising. Any ideas?
I’m wondering if you trial account and paid account had different ID and passwords.
Good thought, but both accounts used the same credentials. I received as paid invoice for the paid account. Thanks for the idea though
TrustPilot is a good site for reviews of various services. Not sure this is the same Premium IPTV but there’s some fairly recent reviews talking about the same thing
Contact your payment service, dispute the charge, and move on.
The same happened to me a few years back and they continued making monthly charges. After the third dispute, the service disappeared, without my money. Good riddance.
Thank you so much, that’s an excellent idea; except being the overly cautious dumb ass that I can be - I paid with bitcoin! Hard to find the complaint department there! lol. Lesson learned. It’s not the end of the world. But how can you tell a good provider from a scam? I have been doing this for years and looking back, everyone I have had has ceased to exist. I’m like the kiss of death for IPTV providers. Thanks for your reply though. Let me know if you have a good provider, please.
Usually I use PayPal. But I never use my Bitcoin account and I wanted to empty it. I never thought it was safe in there. So what did I do? Sent it to some bogus assh0le and ended up losing it anyway! lol.. I am my own worst enemy!
Unverified IPTV providers are like churches, liquor stores, and dentists. They’re on every corner and will happily welcome you. The trick is to find one you’ll welcome.
As a rule, I will try a service for one month. If I like them, I stay monthly, like a cheap hotel. Only once have I signed on for a year, $36, and that was for Strong 8K with Amber Baby. To know Amber Baby, is to love Amber Baby. They are my backup service and I will renew for another year in August. A must have is MyEPG for Strong, which is $7/month.
My main provider is Private IPTV Access. Cost is $10/month for two connections. I’ve had them off and on (mostly on) since Jan 2022. If you use Bitcoin, there’s a 15% discount. While not for the casual or beginner streamer, they deserve a look. The service has been consistently good for several years.
