It can be very hard to tell the difference between a pirate IPTV and a legit. Premiums are not a necessarily a factor because the lower costs most times feels like the correct cost for what you get.

I don’t think it’s difficult at all. There’s YouTube TV, HULU, FUBO, etc. they all charge a high fee because they are legit services and have a bunch of regulatory and other fees to pay that they pass on. Then you have the thousands of unverified services which if you find a hidden jewel you are golden.

@MarkxG Ah the Golden boy! LOL :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

Hey guys…I just loaded Kodi up with the four add ons that Troy talked about a few days ago (The Loop, DaddyLive, etc). I always use my Surfshark VPN but today, whenever I try to use my IPTV service in Kodi or my separate IPTV service, I am getting the Federal Anti Piracy warning, primarily when I try to watch the YES Network or an MLB Network channel. I also tried watching thru Sportsfire app and still get the same thing. This hasn’t happened the entire 5 years since I cut the cord. Now its happening. Any ideas what’s going on?

I tested on my iptv and YES worked. It didn’t work on sportsfire or streamfire. I got the same message you did. My vpn was on.

My guess is whatever service is providing that feed got hit with a notice.

Hopefully someone else can elaborate.

Also on Sportsfire, if you click down after the screen appears it gives you 3 options. Fanduel, YES and MLB. The MLB feed worked with the YES feed showing. The other 2 didnt work.

I also ran across that notice today using one of my all time favorite IPTV services. Weirdly, all of my favorites had vanished. Poof - gone. I decided to reload the favorites and they all went back in just fine. Something’s up and it does not smell good. I’m layin low and off the tube for a while while I build a fresh tinfoil hat…
