I am unable to access https://troypointinsider.com/ or Troypoint.com when using amnezia VPN

Try a different protocol or contact your VPN customer service and ask them.

Are you able to access either of those without your VPN connected? Wondering if it’s an ISP issue where you are located.

I’ve never heard of that VPN service. We aren’t blocking their IP addresses so the problem lies with them. I would suggest connecting to a different server location within their app to see if that fixes the problem.

Amnezia VPN only use protocol AmneziaWG which uses to protect against Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) by disguising VPN traffic as standard, harmless internet traffic. Unlike standard WireGuard

So it isn’t an encrypted tunnel? Just blocks deep packet scanning?

I can’t acces insider in Safari on my iPhone. i get a white screen with blue dots..I can acces it in my Firefox app tho :person_shrugging:
