Amazon Prime Blocking VPN

I have been usuing IPVanish and now Amazon Prime is blocking the site because it detects a VPN!
Any fixes?

Try changing the location. It may take a couple of tries, but you will eventually find one that will work.

Both expressvpn and surfshark cannot connect to Amazon Prime video on fire stick with each app turned on. My subscription to expressvpn expires in 8 days. Of course surfshark is half the price of expressvpn. Both companies know of the issue and are working on. Are there any workarounds? I’m going to be switching to surfshark. Thanks all!

Have you tried Troys original suggestion of using the split tunneling? Or not using the vpn when using Prime?

You dont need to hide your ip address to your paid service.

Yes split tunneling does not work using expressvpn. Amazon Prime video can still detect that I’m using a VPN. You are correct I can turn off the VPN and Amazon Prime video plays normally. Interesting it only affects Fire Sticks or fire tvs. Amazon Prime video plays with expressvpn connected on both my smartphone and tablet. Thanks for your help.
