Network is no longer connected. Amazon is recommending removing by VPN (Nord). Wifi is connected network is not. Been on chat for 3 hours, not telling me if new update removes VPN usage.

No, that shouldnt happen. Amazon will always tell you to temove the vpn or say its the problem. Vpn isnt the problem at all, nor should it cuase the issue.

I am trying reset to factory settings, but Amazon is replacing the device if it doesn’t work. Will post how that goes.
factory reset seems to work, at least for now, will keep posted if further issues

Update: 6380502.1 came out yesterday and fixed it.
