Always a good thing to have on your computer and friends or family that are not so savvy with computers. Used TeamViewer many times to help my Mom and friends that had problems and it made it easier to do remotely to help. It’s a good one

Thanks for posting this, it is exactly what I need. I downloaded the app on my windows pc, and the quick support app on my onn box. I can connect to the box with my computer, but only get screen mirroring, I cannot figure out how to remotely connect. can you help, thx

Remote control is only available on certain devices. Firesticks are locked down so you can only screen mirror & file transfer, Text client, Copy url to clipboard, Uninstall apps, View Spec’s - Storage, wifi, Bluetooth, Android version, Cpu and memory. All BuzzTV boxes & Formuler boxes can be fully remoted.
