I’m working with the program and downloaded the recommended apps. What is the byw1it.apk shown in your screen shot?

The byw1it.apk shows in the downloaded tv tools folder but I did not see where it was downloaded from in the video. What is it and where can it be downloaded from if needed? Thank you. Sorry, I’m somewhat new at this.
