I’m not sure Open Subtitles falls under this heading. I received an initial notice of a change to AI subtitles and now have a second with a link to purchase the service. As you know it has been free for years and the cost is not an issue. I want to make sure this isn’t a “scam” if you will. Does anyone have insight into this? Thank you for your kind assistance.
I’m surprised others have not posted about this.
I use subtitles all the time, and all of a sudden none were coming in and was informed I needed to upgrade to VIP.
I already had an account at opensubtitles.org, so I went there, clicked the vip link, paid the $15 for the year and immediately subtitles started working again on FEN, Crew, and Seren.
I’m sure there are free services out there, but I just didn’t feel like setting up something new.
