Tried the common addons
But no streams available

There are a lot of free apps that show a decent selection of older stuff. Amazing Classics has older movies/shows, Tubi, Pluto, Xumo, SlingTV (free), Peacock, AiryTV, Crackle, etc. A more premium source would be Stremio, as it has a lot of hard to find stuff. I never had good luck with Kodi Add-ons for older stuff.

Also, IPTV services have VOD and 24/7 channels of a lot of these.

If ya got kodi installed get the chains addon from the crew repo. Inside the chains addon is a section called retrowave lots of old stuff in there.
