Me and my wife took a trip down to Portuguese Palm Springs in California for the night in a hotel. I hooked up my 4K Maxx which has Tivimate, iptv, streamo, Kodi, and I looked it up to the hotels TV check the download speed and was only 3 mbps… I didn’t think I was going to get anything to stream however I was able to watch live TV my favorite conservative news channel. All the other channels would engage but I would get buffering every 15 seconds. I was also able to watch a couple of my favorite cop shows VOD on streamio with absolutely no buffering. How’s that possible with only 3 mbps?
