I bought a year using a TP holiday special code with the understanding that it was for the year, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES!
So looking over a credit card statement I was charged for $3 a month in addition, via “Chargebee”, and the receipt is posted on my Torbox account page. This is BS.
In addition, Torbox’s contact requires the account email, which is fine,…except that the contact@torbox.app does not recognize the email that I have connected to the account.
