How does a person know the difference between buying an IPTV service from a reseller vs an original provider? Is there a way to find out which one is actually selling a service?

Usually no way to tell. I have seen some advertising claiming they are the owner of the service but there’s no real way of being 100% sure.

Apart from direct communication with the original IPTV service, there is no way of knowing. I have had my #1 service tell me they do not sell through any resellers, even though I have seen their logo for services on other websites. What gives these reseller sites away is that they use a version of IPTVSmarters as their app, while my primary service uses their own unique, proprietary app exclusively and does not even provide any URL link for TiViMate.
You can sniff out the url for these priority apps
