If Umbrella doesn’t win then I’ll know this is rigged! :rofl: Also you should remove “I prefer KODI Builds” as a selection. They are not mutually exclusive. I’ve been using KODI Builds for over 6 years BUT I also have a favorite Addon. I can’t vote Twice! This skews the results

I use Coalition and Dradis. Neither was on the list.

You should of specified whether you were polling addons for “Movies/TV”, “Sports”, or “Live Tv”. I use different addons for movies/tv vs Sports vs Live TV, but can only vote for one. I went with the Homelander for movies/tv which is great, but exclusively for that category.

Yeah it not a complete survey or should only focus in one aspect of the addons.

This is why kodi is the #1 apk in TP! :grin: So many options and uses.

I use Umbrella as my first choice and Coalition as my #2 for movies/tv. I use the Loop or Daddy Live or Mad Titan for sports and tv.

I use tvapp on the browser mostly.

So i wound up voting for “prefer Kodi build” because it covers everything.

I was tempted to vote for Umbrella.

I’m still using Fen until the Dev turns the lights off. Otherwise my back up is Twilight, a Fen clone that works great for my needs. I just wasn’t too crazy about Umbrella for some reason. And I’ve not been a fanboy of afFENity.

curious why everyone is stuck on colition. colition is based on a version of POV from last year. so many updates since. even newer is Fen Light.

I’m not stuck on Coalition but its been good, no complaints. I think lots of us tend to go with what we know until its not working well anymore. Between that and Umbrella i dont really need to use another addon for tv/movies. Or very rarely. Ive tried many addons but settle on whatever im comfortable with at the moment.

I never know what addon is a copy of another. I never used POV so I cant compare them.

Are copies of addons like Forks of Kodi? Is there an unspoken code of not making an exact copy? Or do 2 developers make an addon and 1 wants to change it so he makes another addon that’s similar?

Just curious. I am thankful there are so many options.

idk, I’ve never used a fork of kodi. in general, yes I think because they want to change something.

I’m just saying that most of the other forks of my forks are kind of once and never really changed in a meaningful way again.

which is all fine if your use never required anything I have changed or fixed.

but as much as you stan the colition in these forums, I just want to let others know that the addon it was based on has had many fixes and updates and for the most part I am open to support requests and some feature requests.

but yes, everyone should use what makes their experience the best. most of us do this on our own time for free, we’re not paid per user.

And honestly we all respect the work you and all the developers do for mostly zero recognition from the users.

I use the diggz builds almost exclusively and you have fixed issues with me in the past (AfFENnity). So i know you take your pride in what you do.

I actually just tried to dl POV in Xenon Plus but it failed. I was able to dl AfFENnity from your repo.

Just an FYI.

Xenon is from the Chef Wizard/Diggz build. For some reason i think you all know each other. Lol

I’ll reach out to the build developer. They may have an issue on their end.

I reinstalled the build and was able to dl. All seems good.

Coalition works great and gives me subtitles for all shows and movies. Since I am over 70, my hearing is not what it used to be. Plus a lot of movies these days have background music and/or soundtracks so loud, it is hard to understand what people are saying half the time. This is why I like Coalition.

I don’t use anything other than the add on (no builds, no skins, no debrid) so my vote goes for scrubs 2 and daddy live

why? I dont use real debrid so umbrella is far from number one in my book

I use scrubs 2 no real debrid no extra cash for anything other than my internet
