Has anybody use ipvanish von and adguard adblocker at the same time?

Does the clean web adblocker for the srfshark does that clean up all the ads like adguard do? Because I was on the free trial for surfshark and I still had ads on my pages. Also does it really work well on Android phones and Onn boxes and Nvidia Shield boxes.? That will be mostly where I would use shark on
