Is syncler going thru VPN or not? If not, what do I need to do?

As long as the vpn is set up properly it is.

Agree Ron, it shouldn’t matter the storage location of an app. If a VPN is setup on the device, it should access the internet through the encrypted servers.
yep, unless the vpn has been set to bypass anything(syncler in this case).

Guess I have to figure out and make sure Surf Shark is properly set up which I know nothing about. 
As long as you aren’t purposely “bypassing” Syncler, you will be fine. (by default, NO apps are “bypassed”)

Also so I should make sure SS is installed on device and not flash drive? Even tho it is do t wanna make that mistake when I do my other two.
It will work better if its on the internal storage, for that matter always put most frequently used apps on main storage(internal)
