Hi all, I have tried and used about 4 different 4k FireStick remotes in the past and no matter what I try the plus and minus volume buttons don’t work, Im not sure if it’s the TV set itself. It’s a Hisense 65"smart TV. Thanks. Jimmy.
So when you go to Settings/Equipment Control/Manage Equipment/TV/Change TV, does it identify your brand of TV?
My advice is to ditch the firestick and get an android box. It is much more versatile and usable, not to mention having greater RAM and internal memory.
yeah it identifies it as a Hisense, followed the instructions tells me to try the volume button, and it turns it over to sky/cable
Probably time to get a hold of Amazon support for advice.
