Just a thought, maybe it’s because RD went down the pan… TB has had such an influx of new subscribers, that its servers are/were overwhelmed. Either way TB is working for me, it was down a couple of evenings ago GMT, I woke up the next day and all was well. FYI; using Kodi 21.3 with Gears/POV/Umbrella, all working 
Hi, question for ya…I’m trying to get my torbox account authorized for umbrella and I have attempted to log into the https:// etc. link on 3 different browsers. Firefox, Chrome and Brave so that I can enter the six digit code to activate the service. Each time I get an “Unable to Connect” message. Can you help?
@RNSDDS There are people on here who are better with network issues than I am. Just spitballing, clear all your browsers’ cache. try different locations for your VPN, change the DNS addresses in your router and maybe use your phone as a hotspot and connect your device to that.

Same here…Tor.box.link page gives me fits every time I need to use it. Hit “continue” nothing happens…and then eventually I fiddle with everything enough and it works. Wish I could just remember the sequence I went through to make it work so I can write it down for next time.
Oh for the good old days, 2-3 years ago, when Real Debrid was king and everything worked!
That was 2 days ago and only down for a short time. They’ve been doing a lot of updates for maintenance and improvements, all good things, and a minor inconvenience. RD use to be king but has been knocked off it’s throne for some time now.
True. Fortunately a lot of these outages have been during the day for less than an hour. RD rarely went down and if they did they they would compensate you a week or so.
TorBox has followed that sort of philosophy as well. They have extended my sub by a week every time they have been down for longer than an hour.
I haven’t checked mine. I just assumed they didn’t.
I got 3 weeks. I was pretty happy cause I do remember a message they gave that said they’d do something like this. I have the Pro level so not sure if they give different times for different levels.
Last announcement on 4/27/26 on Discord they gave out 12 days, but nothing recently.
It’s maddening, umbrella on my Onn 4k had spot for the API key, easy peasy. Went upstairs to my 4k pro and Umbrella gave me a code and a dead link.
I got 3 weeks all told. Never paid attention to if there was a corresponding announcement or exact dates. Just pleased they did that. 12 days was nice, tx for the info.
