Just a bit of info I currently only have Totbox as a debrid service disabled in all my addons as Miki suggested but until I get another I went to reenable in Umbrella and Pov on one of my Kodi setups since I have Kodi as well as Kodi fork tv SS connected to US but when i went to authorize on pc page couldn’t be displayed so switched vpn to different country on pc and it allowed me to reauthorize that way hmmmm just thought provide that info in case anyone was wondering probably not since you all are a heck of alot smarter than me

Yes. You are not allowed to download any copyrighted video and sending it to someone else compounds the crime as then you are actually distributing.

so my point is, since debrid services, rather than me, are sending you movies and TV shows, wouldn’t that be illegal? As they are the ones sending movies and TV shows.
And yes itzme, if I were doing that it would be understandable. But I don’t download so no worries here. Never have and never will.
I have had a read through Premiumlize TOS, it very woolly and not water tight. I am going old school, no debrid service. STREAM ON

Cached Links Matter! What some people may not know is that debrid services also provide (sort of like) a vetting service, which helps ensure the links we click on are legit with no unwanted “payloads” or those dastardly re-directs we all despise. I hated it when I used to get crap-links but thats part of the learning curve I guess.

Yes it would be or could be considered illegal depending on the jurisdiction they are in. But if it’s copyrighted material then they could get takedown notices from the rights holder of that vid and have to remove it from their servers as RD has had to do for multiple cached sources.

I don’t know what you mean by Happy Cake day. I haven’t heard that term before. I’m not sure whether you are thanking my, celebrating me or ridiculing me.
Anyway, back to the topic. So if TB have the links on their system, is it the first person to click on the link that initiates a download onto their servers?
Based on this scenario, would that mean the first person is the one downloading and everyone else afterwards is streaming.
Do we really think TB would be able to identify which user initiated the first download in amongst the thousands of users on their records?

Not sure why you would even think we want to ridicule you or anyone, it violates our rules and I do my utmost to make sure this is a friendly and enjoyable forum for everyone. As insiders we get a real kick out of celebrating things like birthdays and anniversaries as well as when insiders have success in resolving their issues and we do it in a humourous way. We also tease our beloved @PapaS as he loves cake day.

I have to agree, TB is a business not a hobby they need to CYA as well as try to appease the customer base, if they want to continue in business. Unlike Trakt who seem to want to go out of business.
