I accidentally reset TiViMate and had to set up my favorites again. However, now I’m missing a channel that I can’t find on TVM even with a search. It appears in Smarters, so I know my provider offers the channel. Any idea why it’s missing?
Unless you accidentally hid or blocked the channel setting up your favorites, I would say put a ticket into your provider to see if they can solve it for you.

You don’t by chance have 2 providers? If it’s on your service a search should bring it up. Mine shows it on both my services. Welcome and hope this helps

Also, I would recommend always backing up your Tivimate setup. It saves it in a file onto your device so if you accidentally ever reset it, you can return back to how you had it.

Did you ever find the channel you were looking for? I would also ask what device are you using TiVimate on?
