"The Boys" won't install on Kodi 19.1

I’m having difficulties installing “The Boys” Kodi add-on.
I’ve carefully followed all of the Troypoint instructions.
The Boys does not appear inside the Chains Repository. Instead, the following appear:
Unchained Horror
Chains
gallifreyan
Ghost
SMR Link Tester.

No “The Boys” to be found anywhere.
Where am I going wrong?

The boys i believe is offline now. It’s ether not updated for kodi 19.3 or offline, and im getting a offline msg on some feedback for this build.
