Teatv problems with installation

I attempted to download with the Downloader app.

I get a message that a VPN may be required.
The next message is to activate VPN.
This takes me to the Google store NortonVPN.
Now I cannot close the screen.

I use IPVanish It is working. I check in every time.

I am using Firestick. Norton would not work on Firestick.

If stuck, unplug everything. Stick power, remove from HDMI port. Unplug router power. Leave it all for 2 to 3 minutes. Then fire up your router and while it’s loading plug your TV and stick back in. Once router has finished it’s bootup, then check your stick and see if you are back in business.
