Syncler Update Hangs after Download

Hi all.
On starting Syncler (paid version), it automatically downloads the latest update.
However, once the download id complete it hangs, preventing one from Installing the Download or even exiting the Syncler.

Please let me know if any of you are encountering this problem or have a fix for it.

Yes I just did and you have to delete and reinstall it. Go to the rapid app install and download the both downloads and follow the tutorial easy peasy https://troypoint.com/syncler/
