Trying to Install Syncler, Hellios does not appear on Provider Packages, only Kosmos & Express. How do I proceed
Also trying to Install Syncler, Hellios does not appear on Provider Packages, only Kosmos & Express. After putting in code I get this message “Failed to receive installation information.”
I tried both Kosmos and Express multiple times with the same result.
Same question for me ??
For now EXPRESS is where you put the packages. Always make sure lower case. uppercase is correct and no extra space if you put in raw data.
Like the others above I’ve typed in the code and URL into Express but still getting no providers
