Hello! I’m a Syncler Plus user on Firestick. I have it installed on 2 firesticks, one brand new stick where it operates fine and normal.
On the other older stick it crashes randomly and gives a message of Player cannot play video, you can then start it again and its fine and does it again.
As mentioned using Syncler Plus with Real Debrid. Any advise?
I have had the same problem try changing your player to exotic under the settings. It sometimes still does the player not working but if I select a different stream it works for me. Good luck.

Try downloading mx player or vlc. That should solve that issue.
Mx free version needs updated codecs to play some audio files. If you run into that issue you cN manually install or just use vlc
