Ugh! It seems random but happening more and more. Not ready to turn off Surfshark. Hopefully, someone figure it out. Thanks
Have been using Surf Shark for a number of years. Have been using Stremio and Apollo TV with no major issues, but as of late, have been having trouble finding streams/connections. I know they are out there, and both apps work, but only when I switch back and forth between Surf Shark locations. Example: Apollo TV can only pull in sources when certain Surf Shark cities are selected(Apollo is set with my 2 favorite locations/stations). Then if I switch to Streimo for programs I watch, I get no feeds found, until I go back and change cities in Surf Shark, then they pull down with no issues. City examples are Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville, Miami. I also have both Real-Debrid and Premiumize as plugins. Just frustrating and time consuming to have to keep switching back and forth between city locations in Surf Shark. I really like Apollo TV as it is the only one I found that has my “home” channels, when traveling. I am considering Troy’s suggestion on the new TorBox addon, but I really don’t think that is the solution here. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I use the BOOTSRAPPER Stremio set up with Charlotte Surfshark server location and get a TON of sources. Torrentio has been getting blocked with Surfshark recently but Charlotte works for me and allows Torrentio to populate.
BOOTSTRAPPER gives multiple great add ons so perhaps you need a few more add ons on your device. Highly recommend BOOTSTRAPPER.
Hello. I signed up for SS and Troypoint yesterday for the cyber Monday deals. Today while reading on your site, I see the add for Surfshark and it is still showing my old IP in the square saying my IP is exposed. When I check it on other sites it seems to be working. How can your site still see my IP ?
try clearing cache or reboot
I had already rebooted. I cleared the cache and re-rebooted per your advice. I hope it worked. Thank you so much for responding TXRon !
After clearing the cache etc, my old IP was still coming up in the ad. I ended up having to clear the browser cookies also to fix my issue… At first I panicked. I feel better now, ha.
