Surfshark not hiding my ip address

Here is a weird one, might be something I am doing wrong. I went to run a speed test and noticed my IP address was not being hidden by surfshark. I ran a DNS leak check and sure enough it popped up with my real IP address even when surfshark was active. Then I tried IP vanish and it masked my IP address perfectly. This is on my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. Have not had a chance to check other devices.

Update it masks ip address on 4k Firestick

That is very odd but something we probably should keep a closer eye on. My S22 phone worked okay, but may test my boxes for peace of mind.

I am going to contact surfshark. Maybe because my phone is older. Will keep everybody in the loop.

I jumped the gun, had the bypass mode on by accident. 100% operator error, this operator:-)
