Surfshark started giving me log-in problems.
First, it said that my email address was the “wrong format”, (which made no sense to me).
Next, it said that my email address & password were “not available at this time”.
I could log into my Surfshark account with a desktop pc, but not so with my Firestick app.
I was locked out!
I MANAGED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Here are the steps that worked for me:
- Go into Firestick manage applications.
- Force stop Surfshark.
- Clear Data of Surfshark.
- Clear Cache of Surfshark.
- Reboot Firestick.
- Log-in, (successfully).
