Downloaded surfshark using rapid app installer but icon does not show up… It is grayed out.
App works, but icon does not show up show up in my apps section.

Try Sideload Launcher in the RAI.
This is an OS7 issue that was supposedly fixed a couple of months ago. Make sure you’re running the latest software update.
