Yes. They are non responsive to support. Makes me wonder if this is not a legtimate company but they seem to be just imcopmpetent. When I suggested I would post non positive info about them, they were more responsive ….. for a short time.
Never heard of them but a simple Google search returned their Trustpilot Scores. Not a large data set but 14-15 reviews being 1 Star is a Red Flag for me
