I get the following message when I try to enter a name for newly established link from beetv into real debrid. Can anyone offer advice on what I am doing wrong

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://real-debrid.com/authorize

After the forward slash, substitute device for authorize. See if that helps. :crossed_fingers:

Yes as mentioned by @Sbrowne126 after the slash it should be device, but here are the correct steps to re authorize RD.

Before authorizing your RD account.

  1. First open a browser and login to your Real Debrid account from PC/laptop.

  2. Then click on Authorize Real Debrid from the application, a message will pop-up with the authorization code.

  3. From your Real Debrid account navigate to device a link will open “as shown below” with a field to enter the authorization code you received from the application, few seconds later your authorization will be activated.

Note: Don’t Authorize your Real Debrid from this platform, but open the link from your PC/Laptop when you logged in to your Real Debrid account.

The Device link should looks like that.
