Although I’m paid up til October my RD has stopped working. Trying to access the web page just times out when I go through my ISP. However when I use phone data it connects. Could my ISP be blocking RD. All other sites load normally. RD won’t load in Syncler either. 
Make sure your real debrid is up-to-date.
Re authorize your account
Delete your devices in real debrid and re add them
Make sure they are added in real debrid.
These steps are a must and will solve the issue 9 out of 10 times. Also check real debrids Twitter for status updates.
Re authorize in syncler and log into rd on your phone delete all devices and re add them
