Real-debrid contact

I’m traveling with my fire stick on my boat and need help on how to resolve real debris tos issues, they think I’m sharing my account all over. How do I inform them of my issue. They are threatening to ban me. I log into many different Marina Wi-Fi locations as we travel. Anyone have any ideas on how to contact them, no way to contact them when I log into my account. Thanks.

I’ve traveled with a fire stick and it was fine. The problem becomes when you try using the same account in two different locations at the same time. Do you have anyone at home using the same account while you are traveling? If so, you need a second account.
