If you open a stream in VLC and then scroll down to “Video Information” you can see the frame rate along with just about any other video info.

Hz is not a function of a movie Codec. Its the function of your TV or monitor. So you will never see a movie with the refresh. On the other hand motion is indeed important, well in my opinion. I always look for the highest FPS I can get in IPTV as I hate seeing somebody, say on a motorcycle,fly by at high speed, past a static object and the motorcycle appears jerky. So FPS for movement and Hz for refresh rate. The higher the Hz the more often things like colour, brightness, and clarity are refreshed on the screen and giving more detail and clarity. My system is only capable of 60Hz refresh rate although I have it set at 59.94 Hz . I won’t go into the details as to why as that can get even more confusing.
On the shield while watchin an IPTV feed you click enter and you will see what the ratio is, as well as FPS and sound. Such as 1280 X 720 30 FPS Stereo. Oh and just to throw another wrench in the work. IPTV has something called “update frequency” that affects the quality. Lol. Then there is the Sample rate as in PFs post which is for the sound.

I got 1080p 120 MHz and looks natural to me. I can understand having 4K and 120 megahertz for gaming, but as far as movies, I care less about scene where I can see Pierce Bronson zits on his nose, or for bamboo’s butt looks like a nuclear bomb. It’s so unnatural to me.

Shoot, that’s my bad guys lol. Been talking about refresh rate too much since getting the new TV. I did in fact mean frame rate. Any 1080 @ 60fps?

Just interesting that all channels are either 720 @ 60 or 1080 @ 30. Definitely no 4K channels on IPTV. But I did have a service that tested a few 4K channels for a limited time.
That is what I guess I just assumed when I posted my initial answer, I may have derailed us a bit so my bad lol. I do find some of the 1080/60fps channels, but all mainstream channels, none of the more obscure. Some sports stations, some movie channels, a few entertainment channels. I wouldn’t think any IPTV service would have all channels in that quality, I’m sure there wouldn’t be many sources for the odd channels in that resolution/frame rate.

I see a lot of Sports channels on my IPTV service like Sky sports that have multiple channels. Some will be UHD, 60FPS some will be FHD 50 FPS. No idea what this means but the quality of streams on a 4K Samsung TV is really good

I watch as much 1080 60 FPS as I can get and with the services I have I’d say that’s about 50-60% of everything. More coming on line all the time.

My service is personal invite only that has to come from a current member. They have no website, no Discord, and cannot be found anywhere. This is a good thing

I would generally agree with you but thats not what i want to hear lol. I paid to sub to gain a little trust i guess. If malicious people want in they will get in regardless.
Wish i would have thought to join the community sooner but i never had a need. I always just used kodi for personal use and work.
I work a rotating schedule and switch between days and nights. I have always supplied the streaming setup and it was easy/hassle free. Well one guy asked me to set him up, then another and you know how that goes. They all brought me what ever devices they use and i set it up.
Well i work with mostly older computer illiterate helpless man childern that dont have the capacity to figure stuff out. And as builds/addons broke/updated i was always asked to to fix it at work or getting calls on my off days while i was out on the bay trying to fish lol.
I remembered i set my grandmother up last year with a iptv setup and she hadnt had any issues. So i downloaded trimivate premium and tried a couple different iptv providers. I settled on AwkngTV and everyone has been decently happy.
The only issue i have is the epg data isnt that great, some channels buffer or take to long to load, quality seems to have dropped slightly, and the price is high compared to the stuff i see here.
I have done all this for 100% free the last 3 years for a total of 18 coworkers + 32 of their friends/family + 12 more boxes for my family and friends. In all honesty i have spent my money several times to get things done faster or more conveniently or just to not have to hassle with people.
I think its fair i finally make a little money from all the effort i put out so im looking for a different provider or im even open to a different setup thats just as reliable. I have already started to get expired subscriptions so i was hoping to find what im looking for quickly. Figured i would be able to get the “insider” information if I paid to join the “insiders”? Whats crazy is i paid $40 to join and i havent even been able to make a reply for 24hrs.
Maybe someone can help with out giving out secrets? Or just point me in the right direction?

Vod is least important to me. I want something with good catchup
BEST SELECTION OF VOD/MOVIES/SERIES/AND NEW RELEASES.
I dont care about any other countries channels.
Honestly dont even care if its priced a little higher for a premium service. Just want something that is mostly hassle free.
If someone has some suggestions im all ears.
Since I had to wait 24hrs to post/respond i just followed some bread crumbs and Found a couple guys on discord now im doing trials with. Honestly not happy with most.
So far the one that check the most boxes for me is AwkngTV but the epg/tv guide isnt great and its overpriced.
Ittechbasics doesnt seem to have catch up for me?
Sorry but this post comes off as a bit entitled to me. Because you on your own time decided to hook up a boatload of your friends and family with streaming (lots of us have been there) and donated to be a Patron you feel entitled to be given the best IPTV so you can make money? Sorry that isn’t what this site is about

Unfortunately my policy is firm and for a very good reason. And well, being old what do I know, I’m 70 and am entirely self taught. If you are already on Discord then have a good look around. You will find what you need there. Join some forums, ask some questions. Search around GitHub and see what you find. As an example:

Actually i was just justifying my reasoning for trying to find a better/cheaper provider.
And mentioning my reasoning on why i feel justified for making a couple dollars (maybe enough for me to not have to pay anything out of pocket) had nothing to do with me feeling entitled “your personal” information.
My first sentence literally says I agree with the reasoning. Just dont like it, followed with LOL to set the context of a joke. I myself have been on the other side in forums involving other interests so i 100% get that i have to be around for a while to gain trust and
Then i followed up with asking for suggestion with the understanding that no one is going to give up their premium private sources but maybe still give me some suggestions on orther options you know of that would best fit my needs.
Once again i dont feel entitled to anything from none of you personally but yes i was hoping that someone from the community i just paid to join would take a moment a help a guy out if i explained my situation. If you do a search here for Free M3U8 playlists you will find additional information that will be valuable to you. Also there are posts on Verified and Unverified IPTV services. Again this will aid you in your learning curve. But as you are already on Discord then you’re way ahead of the beginner. Search is your friend.
