Does anyone have an email, WhatsApp number…any form of contact for them…outside of simply creating a support ticket (which is all I can find)? Long story short, I’ve used them for years and when I renew, my account normally updates in less than an hour. Not this time. 4 days later nothing. I have proof the payment processed so I opened a ticket but nothing. No response to the original report or the follow up request for status over the weekend. Really odd
