Out of sync (audio)

Hello…

Just asking if anyone has suggestions on how to resolve audio being out of sync issue.

Does not happen on all channels, just one local channel in particular more than others.

The strange thing is this happens on different services.

I have rebooted modem, restarted Android box, cleared cache & force stopped IPTV applications, but still have issues.
Any suggestions would be appreciated…

Thank you

Get 2 programs 1) Background apps and process list and 2) Task killer ram cleaner (name might not be exact) it cleans ram while closing apps running in background also. Then run these daily, once you’re used to them it takes 2-5 minutes. There’s an actual setting in the firestick called AV Sync Tuning it’s in settings/Display and Audio/AV SYNC Tuning. Simple instructions in there. These 3 things along with restarting your firestick and modem/router should fix audio sync issues. If you have to unplug your router/modem also unplug the firestick, bothe for 30 seconds minimum and plug router/modem back in 1st. When connected then plug firestick back in. Enjoy

What device and player are you using? Shield has an audio sync in their settings, and Tivimate has one in their menu bar.

T9 android box… Will look for bar menu in Tivimate

Thank you.

When in full screen long press the ok button and the menu bar will pop up. Then scroll over to “Audio Offset”.
