Did you check your account and make sure you are logged in?

Did you try the Onn Pro voice command (not using the remote)?

I am guessing the internet was working ok for everything else.

Did you check for any updates?

Edit: Are you in Apps Only Mode?

The reason I asked about Apps Only Mode is because it shuts down the Google assistant functions.

Thatā€™s whatā€™s going onā€¦ Switched back over and all is up again.
Well, now weā€™re in the know and Iā€™ll have start checking after new changes.

just recently learned there is an onn app that will work on these boxes. android or apple just search onn remote from cell phone

I am not able to change stations on my ONN remote. The up/down channel feature worked when I first purchased and set up the remote, but it no longer works. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thanks.

Take the batteries out of the remote and put them back in, repair the remote, unplug the device and plug it back in.

Sounds like you have a dud remote, then.

Take the batteries out then hold power button down for 8 seconds. Replace batteries. Download "Button Mapper "app You can then assign remote buttons to your liking. I had to do this in order to get new Buzz Tv G series remote working the way I wanted.

What addon or function are you using?

The channel +/- button will not work if you are watching Streamfire or Sportsfire. And maybe a some others.

It should work in Live tv section and Tivimate.

Hello everyone,

My cat stole and lost my Onn remote and now I donā€™t have one, I tried buying one off amazon but it wonā€™t pair so now Iā€™m stuck using a keyboard and my tvs remote which seems to work somewhat better but itā€™s still not the same as the original remoteā€¦what can I do to get a remote for it again besides buying another Onn device and using that remote Iā€™d rather leave that as a last resort if neededā€¦tia

I also donā€™t know how to make a new post so I searched for the topic I need help with an am putting it here hopefully people see this because itā€™s been a struggle ever since my remote went bye bye

Note: I posted the :rofl: because a feral cat brought 3 kittens to us back in November. They are literally terrorists. They sound like a herd of horses running at 2am.
