I have a new Onn box. Tried to run Launcher and Wolf after turning on and off debugging. Screen went black. Nothing is working. How to do a factory reset.
stock android is so nice

Did u get any help having same problem
I have tried doing a hard reset by wiping data/factory reset 4x’s on my ONN. Each time the first two lines of wiping data states error. The last line says Data Wipe Complete. When I pair my remote it works. When I go to install my WiFi, my network is still listed. I select it and I put my password in and it states WiFi password not valid. The wipe data isn’t working and isn’t erasing my data. Can anyone advise me on my next steps?
Factory reset?
Hi Miki. Thanks for responding to my issue. I did a factory reset. That didn’t work so I tried the data wipe and the data wipe that isn’t wiping my data.
Thank you all for the links to reset my Onn. I have watched various YouTube videos and performed the resets that I saw on YouTube. None of the videos worked for me. I’m still getting the password not valid error and can’t move any further because of this error.
Once your ONN is factory reset, shut it off. Disconnect it from everything, power ethernet etc. Remove from HDMI. Then once modem has restarted, plug the ONN into power. Plug the HDMI in and fire up the ONN and see if it goes through the startup process. Most likely if you did not reset the modem it has an old WiFi record and wants to assign a new address and couldn’t.
which stock device do u have im thinking about it and is it full off junk like they say
@Oldhead , if I may respond to your question. There are a significant amount of threads and tutorials regarding AOSP devices here on the Insider. Just do a search for devices like Buzz, Ugoos, Formular…etc. There is also a thread on the cheap, Chinese boxes. The magnifying glass, up in the upper right corner should help you chase down the info that will help you.
