Hello. I haven’t purchased the newer Onn android box, because of the existing problems I have with the remote not performing with the Onn box I presently have. I’m using a keyboard, with the adapter cable, that you have demonstrated for expanding storage. Is there any way that this can be fixed? Thank, Mike.

I also have issues with the first onn box remote i purchased. I purchased a new box and the remote works perfectly well.
Hello. It seems that the longer the remote is being used, you have to re-sync it, depressing the button on the front of the Onn box. Also, I bought purchased an Onn box for another family member,over a year ago, when they first came out, and they started having the same problems. So, after they purchased that adapter cable, that has a USB connector, they are using a remote keyboard, and everything works fine.
