New ONN Device Having Big Issues Connecting To My Wifi Network

Just purchase and plugged in a new ONN device. For strange reason, it is not connecting to my home wifi network. Is tthere something strange now developing with these devices. Thanks so much and I hope I can overcome this with help from the group.

I have recently been using ONN 4K Pro. I have had several popups saying to connect or check internet connection. When I checked I AM connected …I don’t think it is the internet connection, I think it is the ONN box.I also have to reboot the ONN box pretty often!

Well it was a defective ONN Stick. My new ONN Pro did not have any issues getting setup. Returning the ONN Stick tomorrow. Only purchased this to have a smaller device for traveling.

I had the same issue. I ended up returning it to Walmart.

You can check in settings that wifi scanning is always active,but a stick is a stick, cheap under powered and overheat always. Good day
